We respect and protect your privacy. This policy explains how Resume Evaluator AI handles the resumes and JDs you upload.

1. What we collect

We only collect what you voluntarily upload:

Resumes;
Job descriptions;
Text required to generate evaluation results;
Limited technical metadata (upload timestamps, evaluation records, etc.).

2. Why we collect it

Solely to:

Generate evaluation reports;
Let you review historical evaluations;
Help you reuse existing files without uploading them again.

We do not use your data for model training, marketing, resale, or any purpose unrelated to evaluations.

3. How we store data

Files are kept in Cloudflare R2 so you can revisit history or rerun evaluations;
You can delete any file at any time and we will permanently remove it immediately.

When you trigger an evaluation we send the content to third-party AI models (including but not limited to OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini) to generate the analysis. These providers process the request and do not keep your content. We do not share data with unrelated third parties.

5. How we protect your data

Encrypted transmission;
Access-controlled storage;
Irreversible physical deletion when you remove files;
No sharing with parties unrelated to delivering the evaluation.

6. Your rights

You can:

View uploaded files;
Delete files at any time (we delete immediately and permanently);
Stop using the Service whenever you wish;
Contact us for any privacy-related request.

7. Policy updates

We may revise this policy. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated policy.
